Note: Advise Customer before apply this procedure that all data
in phone memory will be formatted or lost . except memory card and sim card

PROCEDURE:

- Off the phone

- Hold volume down and press power ON

- then press volume down select FACTORY RESET

]

- press POWER ON to OK and start to format the phone

FINISH DONE
